Nina and Ryan are a young married couple from the island of Maui, Hawaii. To celebrate their second anniversary, they adorned themselves in bright, LOCAL flowers (including a more bohemian take on a traditional Hawaiian Maile for Ryan) from the super talented Maui-based florist Cveta Designs and read their vows under the most fairy-tale of trees in the middle of the jungle. I was given the creative freedom to pick the shoot location and design the flowers, which was obviously a dream come true for me!

Words I would use to describe the day: Magical, fairy tale, Disney movie, wild, free-spirited, bohemian, simple, perfect. Nina is also a model, so we scooped lots of photos of her as well, which I will show off in Part 2!
